Lifting sling strap and method for making such a sling and using such a sling
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a strap intended for a lifting sail for persons in which the strap is elongated with short end edges and longer side edges and comprises a first strap and a second strap, each strap comprising an inner side and an outer side where the inner sides face each other, and the outer faces facing away from each other, wherein the first and second straps comprise warp and yarn, the strap having a longitudinal direction parallel to the warp and a transverse direction parallel to the shooting gambers, in the longitudinal direction of the strap, a plurality of first sections where the first strap and the second strap are interwoven, and therebetween provided second sections where the first strap and the second strap are not interwoven, so that in each of the second sections an eye is formed.
A further aspect is a method of making such a strap.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Personal sails are used to lift people in a wide variety of situations, for example in hospitals, old age homes and in home care. The passenger sail is placed around the person to be lifted, usually by means of a personal lift. Then the straps from the passenger sail are hung in one or more hooks on the passenger lift, and then the person is raised with the lift. Thus, a rearrangement of a person who does not have the necessary powers themselves can be performed by a single caregiver.
People, surroundings and lifts are different. Therefore, the straps of passenger sails are usually made with multiple eyes along the strap, so that the sail can be hung in the lift at various places along the strap. Thus, a sail of the same construction and size can be used in many different situations and for people of different sizes.
With pressure for efficiency improvements in the health care system, less time is allocated to the care staff for the individual. Therefore, it is important that the individual tasks can be performed
DK 2018 70216 A1 quickly and efficiently. For this purpose, straps have been developed for passenger sails with a color coding on the straps. This way, work instructions can be simplified for example '' use the blue for lifting the person with the passenger sail '.
From ES2597860 there is known such a strap with two straps forming a multiple of eyes, the eyes being marked with a unique color on one side of the strap.
This strap has several drawbacks.
First, the first strap and the second strap are of different type. This makes the strap difficult to handle in daily work when it has to be mounted on the hook of the lift.
Second, the difference between the first strap and the second strap means that it is the weakest spot in an eye that limits sustainability. Thus, the carrying capacity of the strap may be limited by the secondary strap having a lower carrying capacity than the primary strap.
Third, the color marking is produced with different colored yarns. This gives a loose weave in the secondary strap to bring out the color of the current yarn. This means that the tensile strength in interweaving between the secondary strap and the primary strap is weak and can open with fracture as a result.
Fourth, the eyes are only color-marked on one side of the strap. Thus, the strap must be turned so that this marked side is visible to the caregiver before it can be inserted into the hook of the lift.
Finally, the straps cannot be visually inspected every time they are mounted, due to the strap's unilateral color marking.
The object of the invention
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is the object of the invention to provide a strap for personal sails which avoids these disadvantages.
DK 2018 70216 A1
It is an object of the invention to provide a strap which has a high carrying strength and wherein the carrying strength is not limited by a weak link in the strap and which enables an efficient workflow and simple identification of the eye to be used or used.
A further object of the invention is to provide a method of making a strap which avoids the disadvantages stated.
Description of the Invention
This is achieved according to the present invention with a strap intended for a sling for persons of the type mentioned in the beginning, which is characterized in that it is elongated with short end edges and longer side edges and comprises a first belt and a second belt, each belt comprising an inner side and an outer side where the inside faces each other and the outside faces away from each other, the first and second straps comprising warp yarns and weft yarns, the strap having a longitudinal direction parallel to the warp yarns and a transverse direction parallel to with the weft yarns, wherein in the longitudinal direction of the strap there are a plurality of first sections where the first strap and the second strap are interwoven, and therebetween provided second sections where the first strap and the second strap are not interwoven so that in each of the the other sections are formed with an eye that the warp yarns are made in at least three different colors and that the warp yarns are made in two outer layers o g at least one intermediate layer in each of the two straps, with optional colors in each layer, and that in the longitudinal direction of the strap there is a sequence of colors and / or patterns that uniquely characterize each eye in the strap.
The outer layers of a second part adjacent to the first sections or parts of the adjacent first sections may be made in the same color as the second part.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the outer layers on both outer sides of the strap are made of the same color and / or pattern in any section of the strap.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that one color and / or one pattern is used only once in the second section of a strap. Thus
DK 2018 70216 A1 that there is a sequence of colors and / or patterns that uniquely characterize each eye in the strap.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the first and second straps are identical.
The straps may be approximately identical. Alternatively, the straps may be completely identical.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the first and second straps comprise the same number of warp yarns and weft yarns.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that in each first section where the first belt and the second belt are interwoven, at least three layers can be freely repositioned with the other belt layer.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that one color and / or one pattern is used only in the second section of a strap, so that there is a sequence of colors and / or patterns that characterize each eye in the strap.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the strap comprises elastic yarns at least in part of the longitudinal direction of the strap.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the strap comprises an elastic member at least in part of the longitudinal direction of the strap.
In this way, the elastic can cause the stop to contract at least partially in the unloaded state. In the loaded state, the elastics will yield until the yarns counteract the load. Thus, the strap is shortened in the unloaded condition relative to the loaded condition.
This is advantageous especially for long straps. For example, if the sail is on a chair or bed and is ready for use. Then the straps will not be in the way of the nursing staff. In the unloaded condition, the straps are shorter than in the loaded condition due to the elastic
DK 2018 70216 A1 yarn or elastic element. In the unloaded condition, the straps are not in contact with the floor and do not collect dirt and are thus hygienic.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that it is made as a pipe in a part of the longitudinal direction of the strap and comprises elastic yarns at least in a part of the longitudinal direction of the strap.
The pipe member is advantageous in that it both protects the elastic and facilitates contraction of the strap in unstressed condition.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the colors and / or patterns on the outer sides of each sub-section are longitudinally colored stripes, each colored stripe being established on only part of the width of the strap in the transverse direction.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the colors and / or patterns on the outer sides of each sub-section are formed by only one warp yarn having a color comprising the whole sub-section.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that patterns are formed on the outer sides of each sub-section, which patterns are formed by several warp yarns, for example two with different colors, each of which comprises the entire section.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the first and second straps are displaced relative to each other in the transverse direction parallel to the shooting gums.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the strap is connected at one end edge to a third section formed as an extension of the strap.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the strap and the third section are made with continuous chain gams.
DK 2018 70216 A1
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the third section is made with the interweaving of one of the two longitudinal side edges of the belt.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the third section is made by interweaving the longitudinal side edges of the two belts so that the third section becomes tubular.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the tubular third section comprises an elastic member.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the first and second strip of the third section are at least three layers interwoven in a different weave width than the strap.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that two straps at one end edge are interconnected by a third section formed as an extension of the two straps and that the two straps as well as the third section are made with continuous chain gams. and that the third section is made with interweaving of one of the two longitudinal side edges of the belt.
The straps are assembled opposite or mirrored.
The effect achieved by this is that the spacer can be used for sewing / joining on one edge of the lifting sail. Thereby, a fold is formed which includes the edge of the sail. The spacer can also be sewn / joined with the surface of the sail.
This provides a strong structure that can withstand heavy loads, with the two straps and the intermediate piece forming a continuous workpiece. Thus, there are no stitches or the like that can be a weak point.
In addition to this, with this strap it is possible to connect the sail and intermediate piece with an elongated stitch along an edge and / or on the surface of the sail. Thus, the forces are transferred from sails to straps in a large area, giving a durable construction.
DK 2018 70216 A1
Furthermore, the intermediate piece forms a durable edge of the lifting sail which protects against wear and dirt and increases the durability of the sail.
The aforementioned designs will improve quality in the production of sails, where the sails' components are traditionally joined by sewing or other joining techniques. Any joining increases the risk of failure and resulting breakage. In addition, the designs will save time and reduce the cost per unit. The advantages highlighted also apply to the subsequent designs in this patent application.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the colors and / or patterns on the outer sides of each sub-section are longitudinally colored stripes, each colored stripe being established on only part of the width of the strap in the transverse direction.
According to a further embodiment, the strap according to the invention is characterized in that the colors on the outer sides of each sub-section are formed by only one chain gamma having a color comprising the whole sub-section. Alternatively, patterns may be formed on the outer sides of each sub-section formed by several warp yarns, for example two of each color, each comprising the entire sub-section.
A further aspect of the invention is a method of producing a strap intended for a person's sling, which comprises steps wherein the strap is made elongated with short end edges and longer side edges and comprises a first strap and a second strap wherein the strap is made with each strap comprising an inner side and an outer side where the strap is made with the inner faces facing each other and the outer sides facing away from each other where the strap is made with the first strap and the second strap comprising warp yarns and weft yarns, the strap being made in a longitudinal direction parallel to with the warp yarns and a transverse direction parallel to the yarns in which the longitudinal direction of the strap forms a plurality of first sections where the first belt and the second belt are interwoven, and in between there are provided second sections where the first belt and the second belt do not are interwoven so that in each of the other sections one is formed eye where the chainDK 2018 70216 A1 yarns are made in at least three different colors, where the chain yarns are passed in two outer layers and at least one intermediate layer in each of the two belts of optional colors in each layer, and in which the longitudinal direction of the strap forms a sequence of colors and / or patterns that uniquely characterize each eye in the strap.
A further aspect of the invention is a method of making a strap intended for a lifting sail for persons in which the strap is made with the outer layers on both outer sides of the strap executed in the same color and / or pattern in any section of the strap.
A further aspect of the invention is a method of making a strap intended for a lifting sail for persons in which one color and / or pattern is used only once in a second section of a strap.
A further aspect of the invention is a method of making a strap intended for a sling for persons in which the strap is made with the first and second straps being identical.
A further aspect of the invention is a method of making a strap intended for a sling for persons in which the strap is made with the first and second straps comprising the same number of warp and weft yarns.
A further aspect of the invention is a method of making a strap intended for a sling for persons in which the strap is made comprising elastic yarns at least in a portion of the strap's longitudinal direction.
A further aspect of the invention is the use of a strap, as described above, wherein the strap is used with at least one further strap, as described above, and wherein the straps are attached to a hoist for persons.

FIG. 28 shows a strap 1 according to the invention. Each eye in the strap may have different color and / or pattern. In the part of the strap attached to the sail (not shown) is
DK 2018 70216 A1 strap's first strap and second strap not interwoven. This allows the strap to be fastened to two sides of the lifting sail, for example by sewing. For example, both straps and the sling can be sewn. A very durable collection is formed.
FIG. 29 shows a strap 1 according to the invention. Each eye in the strap may have different color and / or pattern. In the portion of the strap attached to the sail (not shown), the strap's first strap and second strap are not interwoven. This allows the strap to be fastened to two sides of the lifting sail, for example by sewing. For example, both straps and the sling can be sewn. A very durable collection is formed.
FIG. 30 shows two straps 1, which at one end edge 5 are interconnected by a third section 26 formed as an extension of the two straps 1. The two straps 1 and the third section 26 are made with continuous chain yarns (not shown), and the third section 26 is made in that the first and second strips of the third section at least three layers are interwoven in a different weave width than the straps. The two straps are assembled in the opposite direction, that is, mirrored. This can be seen in the color markings.
FIG. 31 shows the same two straps 1 connected by a third section 26, as seen in FIG. 9. The third section can be applied to the surface of a sail (not shown) and sewn to the sail along the edge 41. Thus, a very durable connection to the sail is obtained, the forces arising from load being distributed over a large area. Furthermore, the third section acts as protection against wear and dirt on the sail.
